Sophie

After selling her 28-year-old pharmacy, Sophie has transitioned to working in the dental field. Sophie has vast experience and knowledge in all aspects of the insurance and billing industry. In her free time, she loves running, traveling and spending time with her family, especially her grandson.

Ashley

As a Patient Services Manager, Ashley is passionate about creating a positive, nurturing, and completely stress-free environment for every patient. She plays an essential role in supporting the overall flow of the practice, ensuring a smooth, family-centered experience from start to finish.

With a natural ability to bring warmth and organization together, she works closely with the entire team to keep the office running seamlessly. She believes exceptional care goes beyond treatment; it involves making patients feel comfortable, supported, and even sharing a few laughs along the way.

Outside of the office, she loves to travel, explore new restaurants, and spend quality time with her husband and kids.

Hayley

Hayley is a friendly face you'll see first when you walk through the doors of our dental office. With a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a warm smile that puts patients at ease, Hayley truly enjoys her role as a patient care coordinator. Beyond her dedication to ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for every patient, Hayley finds joy in her hobbies outside of work. She is an avid reader; when she's not buried in a good book, you can find her on the pickleball court, enjoying the friendly competition and physical activity. Above all, Hayley cherishes spending quality time with her family, creating lasting memories and sharing laughter and love. With Hayley at the front desk, you can rest assured that your dental visit will be met with professionalism, care, and a welcoming spirit.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth graduated in 2019 from Quinsigamond Community College with her degree in science to practice dental hygiene. She has experience in all aspects of dental hygiene, from pediatrics to advanced periodontal disease. Her favorite aspect of her job is helping improve her patient’s overall health, as well as creating smiles they can be proud of. Elizabeth lives in Spencer, MA with her husband, and enjoys hiking, playing the drums, and spending as much time as possible with her family.

Samantha

Originally from Agawam, MA, Samantha graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College, where she found her passion for the science and craft of preventive care while earning her A.S. Degree in Dental Hygiene.

She wanted to pursue a career where she could assist people in achieving healthier lifestyles... starting with their smiles and extending to their whole well-being. Samantha will be continuing her education this fall as she is attending the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

When she's not maintaining patient care or studying for her Masters Degree, Samantha enjoys Cricut craft projects, Harry Potter fandom, trying new sushi places, and spending as much time as possible with her 2 toddlers.

Eric

Eric is a skilled dental assistant with experience in providing exceptional support to both patients and the dental team. Known for his friendly demeanor and attention to detail, he ensures a comfortable and efficient experience for every patient. He is dedicated to making each visit smooth and stress-free. Outside of work, Eric enjoys exploring new hobbies and spending time with friends and family.

Bridgette

Bridgette is a registered dental assistant with a passion for patient care, health, and creating a comfortable, positive experience for everyone who walks into the office. She is excited to grow her skills while helping patients maintain healthy, confident smiles. In Bridgette’s free time she likes to walk her dogs, go to the beach, and go to the gym.

Sami

Sami is a dental assistant in training set to graduate from Keefe Technical Vocational High School in May of 2026. Sami has spent the last four years training in the school’s state of the art dental assisting lab as part of the school’s career and technical program. He is looking forward to attending college in the fall where he plans to pursue a pre-dental track. Sami enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and his dog. He enjoys sports and games in his free time.
